I was unable to locate a similar news story. Attached are photographs of various contemporary parades:
1. A labor union parade in 1911 New York.
2. A 1918 Indianopolis military parade (possibility on Armistice Day?).
3. A 1918 parade of Texas mothers of soldiers in France.
